bob lazar area 51 & flying saucers

Bob Lazar claims to have worked on an alien spacecraft built by extraterrestrials at so-called Area 51 in 1985-1986 while employed as a physicist at the secret S-4 facility south of Groom Lake. The site was accessible only via two dirt roads off highway 375, some 14 miles south of the central security checkpoint at Rachel. Under the terms of his employment, he claimed that he was required to keep what he saw there strictly secret for five years under penalty of death. He also alleges that during his employment others were dying under mysterious circumstances.

According to skeptics after extensive investigation it is possible to affirm categorically that the video testimony of Bob Lazar concerning his alleged employment at S4 (Dreamland) contains elements that are impossible in principle; therefore, his entire testimony has proved to be fictitious. His accounts contain inconsistencies and improbabilities incompatible with facts or simple logic. For example, he explained very clearly that the base was hidden behind hills beyond mountains (and thus well concealed), yet when questioned about this point by Nippon TV he admitted that there were no hills but only "a road" scarred into the ground that led directly onto an aircraft parking area several kilometers north of Groom Lake proper!

He claimed in one interview to having seen nine alien spacecraft under construction; but when presented with a diagram of the base and asked to identify their locations, he pointed only at one schematic (the same one already shown in 1979 by Paul Bennewitz) and claimed that it represented all nine of them. He repeatedly failed the simplest tests, such as identifying unmarked photographs; yet he claimed top-secret clearance!

He directly contradicted himself several times on simple points such as his age, where he worked before S4, what year he left Los Alamos, how long he worked there before being transferred to S4, whether or not Livermore shared personnel with Los Alamos, whether the saucers were piloted by "telepathic" entities, etc. Moreover, his depiction of the propulsion systems is laughable. Because his testimony fails so completely to prove even its most basic point, we can categorically dismiss it as a fabrication and reveal that he never worked in Los Alamos or S4 (or any other such facility) or with alien spacecraft in any capacity whatsoever.

Followers of Bob Lazar believe his claims that he first saw the alien saucers at S4 in 1985 or 1986, where he was hired as a physicist to help reverse engineer them. He says they are made of an element called Element 115 on the periodic table which is unstable and supplies energy for anti-gravity propulsion through something called Flux Liner Propulsion. This propulsive system probably involves gravity waves, according to Lazar. The craft themselves are piloted telepathically by "small greys" built into it by the aliens who operate them after powering up upon landing through the ignition of Element 115 fission piles located under each wing assembly (which seems odd considering their small size). There's no other power source otherwise. Once they are powered up, Lazar says they can't be shut off until they leave. They are able to dematerialize once the generators are activated.

Lazar's claims have not been substantiated by any of the UFO or scientific communities due to their absurdity, even though he has stated that his claims will be confirmed soon enough by other scientists through peer-reviewed journals.

Whether Bob is lying or not the story he tells is fascinating. Bob Lazar's claims have been widely debunked by scientists and skeptics who maintain that his educational background, work experience, and professional association with questionable figures indicate a hoax. According to leading UFOlogists "There is no possible way Bob Lazar could have worked as he described within the time frame he indicates.
